Creative Commons license

This latest update includes the Creative Commons license info. This means folks are free to use the mechanics, language, and other attributes of BURN 2d6 in their own work as long as they provide attribution. Any questions, please reach out. I also updated formatting to make the rules around action rolls and difficulty easier to reference. In addition, I added in the movement Zones. The only file changed was the pamphlet.
